Yesterday, the company on this website was called Oriental Media, a subsidiary of MediaG3 with these assests:

Today, the company's name has changed and is the sub of a different Delaware company. Maybe indicating a sale or William Yuan received the company for some consideration given that the parent is also in Santa Clara where MediaG3 was last headquartered when Yuan was President or maybe a spin off.
