volume today is non existent. i still believe this is being manipulated by all these small trades. the ask has rarely been under 3, and when it was at .025, i was typing in a buy order and it jumped immediately. i think it will bolt again soon, the volume yesterday was nuts, and should be ahead of some sort of pr imo.
