couple of questions for those with great STMC knowledge...1st saw some posts about a new website...is that for STMC or transformation enzymes?and is that up and operational yet? 2nd part of a post from stock momo "Ken called me back and said it is a shell now due to the 26 Million in debt that was owed and he has been working for about 4 months to clean everything up" how do you clean up debt in a shell company? more shares isssued? or someway else? i definitely know less than zero about shells and cleaning up shells...thank you for your time
