Founder was re-named as president last month. Recent SEC filing shows them taking assertive action against James Neuman and Cornell Capital. Both either owes money or proper services to LMMGE.

Back in August, they also took on OTC Info Wire and TheSubway.com and reported them to the SEC about inaccuracies both tried to release about the company. I like their style in confronting attempted manipulation.

Increased buy volume today has moved pps today. One just to watch for now or sneak in early prior to possible news.
