Both TARM and TRGD have been pulling back on very low volume, but so far it's only to their 20 day moving averages, so there's no reason to be terribly concerned.
On the other hand, I agree this stock is being bought and sold by a select few (call them MM's if you wish), and technical indicators such as moving averages might not be reliable. They've both been riding up that line for over a year, though; so far, so good.
Still, some updated financials and public transparency about intentions for TRGD as an entity would do a world of good in moving the stock price out of MM hands and into the general market.
