People who start out are looking for cheap stocks, they don't seem to find out about the company history that they just put down their first best on until after they have the shares in their account.
I started with UVGI, never heard of TVNT!
I'm still holding NRES, QBID & WAMX of the dirty pinkos, but none of them have done r/s since I got in... so at least they're still only at the bottom of the penny barrel.... the first time around.
My long term hold OTC is finally coming alive, LJCC which just changed symbols and company names to JAVO. My fault for not buying more at the .06-.10 range when I had the chance... so I'm just hovering around the green area, but green is better than the blood red that it has. Holding so long I ain't gonna let them go now! It looks like they may actually get their business plan act together!
I also have PMXX on the pinks, I made the mistake of not selling the last time I bought... that was the day to get out, instead I bought more, and more and more as it fell. But like the others, I didn't buy too much more at the bottom, and didn't dump into the pump a few months ago or I'd have been out green and could have gone back in when it settled.
20/20 hindsight is great... it's amazing that if I sell instead of buy more, I miss gains... if I buy more instead of sell, I end up red. TERN shook me out a few weeks ago and it's way green to where I originally got in, and all I have a nice big loss. But I'm still holding SONS, XLA, NT & LU in the red from the same week's buys... I dumped the wrong ones and held the wrong ones.
I haven't been trading since the end of April... stupid me thought I could get some longs to hold until I got back to it in September... oh well. Shoulda stayed cash until then... who knew.
