Welcome paulenater! ICDN is an interesting stock because one or two entities own the majority of the common shares. It is very low right now because there have been targets set by the majority share holder(s). All stocks go red during there time and right now we are in a slight red zone - completely normal. Investors tend to buy while the stock is dipping. Best of luck!
