KathyDoll - Shareholder meeting was not held in Board Room. They don't have a Board Room. They have a crappy little conference room in their crappy little offices that are close to a lawn furniture rental company and Lowe's.
Though my guy didn't wear a suit, he did sit in that meeting where the same line of verbal crap sdelivered in every previous shareholder meeting was spilling out of their Chairman's pie-hole. I have a very nice recording of the entire meeting and the only guy who made any sense was one of their previous executives when he took their Chairman to task.
