The last correspondence I had with Peter was right after the last rejection from the SEC. I don't have the email, but I remember him saying that they were going to continue with trying to get DBYC onto the OTCBB, but this was before the news that PTSH and Chin were parting ways. If you have another email address other than his ptspi.com one, I'll try to get in touch with him again.
