I've noticed the last 4-5 PR's are about a month behind. This is interesting actually b/c if there is a buyout that happens, or even just the PR that was released today, it makes a little more sense to why there was the odd volume on Tuesday Feb. 23......1 day before the continuation of PR's recently.

Cooper Inc. also has a new tool order Pres. which previously was V.P. ....hmmmmmmmm?

Assuming that the PR's are a month behind, is there any reason to why THRR would even release some of the news they did knowing what already is decided...
