Sacramento and salinas are the only towns in the central valley, which is itro's market. 15 and 24 % above average with a month of the rainy season left is not enough to push sales into the second quarter. There are no weather impediments to the agriculture industry of the central valley. The Sierra snowpack is average-to-5% below average for the central valley's requirements of the growing season. Itro has no customers in the other cities you cite.
