I've been watching VIPR stock for a while now. It seems like VIPR has alot of potential. I've been comparing VIPR to another mining stock CPRK. Do you think VIPR has alot more potential then CPRK. The reason They are currently ugrading a real mill that will be mining here soon but its not certain. VIPR is still in exploration stages and will not have a mill mining as soon as CPRK. Does this give CPRK a much better advantage? IF anyone has any answers to my questions then pls respond to this post.
