Libel: A written or oral defamatory statement or representation that coveys an unjustly unfavorable impression. It is a statement written without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt.

Now, in the post you wrote last night on this board (#24105) you state 3 different things, all of which are disconnected. In the first paragraph you state I should have followed up with ruff to see what 'ruff' was talking about.
Then in your third paragraph, you mention some e-mail you allegedly sent to the SEC.
Neither of the points in your first and third paragraph in your post to me relate to the relevant matter at hand. However, your second paragraph in post# 24105 reads as an admittance and even further proof even beyond the 2 copied posts above that you may have send an e-mail to a person or persons possibly defaming Dr.D.
Quoting from your post to me on this board:

As for any namecalling, I won't respond in kind, however pompous is the last impression anyone should take about me. lol
I try to keep it real, share what I know, and quickly admit if I'm wrong.
Since you believe it is fodder for us to question any information you passed along about Dr.D. and it's intent, you shouldn't have any problem sharing its ENTIRE content with the boards.
