Copper King Mining Corporation fka CPRKQ

I've been watching CPRK stock for a while now. It seems like CPRK has alot of potential. I've been comparing CPRK to another mining stock VIPR. Do you think CPRK has alot more potential then VIPR. The reason I think CPRK might be a better investment because they are ugrading a real mill that will be mining here soon hopefully. VIPR is still in exploration stages and will not have a mill mining as soon as CPRK. Does this give CPRK a much better advantage? IF anyone has any answers to my questions then pls respond to this post.
