One thing the article does not seem to say is the per share price Bryon will pay for the shares. $750,000 worth of stock at .10 cents a share means a lot of dilution for current share holders. I hope that I missed something there but it is important because CEL-SCI has established itself as a wheeler dealer with shares holders value.
