Well...they are still massively in debt, which will keep the stock down. Plus, there is the economic situation that still needs to be repaired. PLUS, there is the confidence that has been lost on what should have been a stock that can not drop so fast.

But, once the government holds to the position of keeping FNM/FRE around, I expect it would immediately rise 3-4 dollars.
