What is the purpose of the 5 to 1 forward split. They are already at almost 2 billion shares.
Why would they not do a reverse split and work towards getting on the regular stock exchange??? Why more dilution? If a company were serious wouldn't they want to get out of the pinks or OTC?

Anyone have any thoughts on that? I am long with ATNP, but I am curious about that decision.
