Undervalued Sub-Penny Stocks

I found a couple more merger plays for later this month and April...LUNL and ASPR....any thoughts on either of them 2 stocks...Can you please break down for me what is going on with these 2 stocks and which one is the better play? Also ASPR seems to be dropping in pps everyday. Will this be a good play when it drops back down low enough? Pending merger news would surely shoot this thing up again when it comes out. I can't believe people were so afraid of SHAR...merger is usally a 90% shot of making good money and 10% losing if not less. People kept saying it was 50/50 what a load of BS. I've yet to see a merger bring down the pps on a stock.
