Just tried to sign up using the info from my certificates. The "C" numbers on the certs were not recognized by the software, but I was able to relay info to Transfer Online to try to get my account set up. Their program indicated that I might get some type of a response about setting up the account within 48 hours. I also included that I had a question about the record/payment date of the preferred conversion.

I have to be out of state for a week starting Sunday. If I hear anything positive before then I'll try to post again. Rich
