lenny is playing with words......what he means is that in the meeting with the bod (last Dec.) the shareholders voted to increase the shares to 20 billion and the par value to .0001...


....sadly it's true-----I think they need money pretty badly since they've been dumping shares consistantly since the first of the year----the current float is north of 2 billion shares in my opinion.....

I've been watching 9 million, 7 million, 6 million blocks go thru regularly pounding the bid----I'm sure the MM has a daily quota of shares he needs to pass thru---with as little fanfare as possible----how much B.S. & hyperbole is coming from Lenny & Umbrsfa??? and/or truth....I can't say-----but I think their sarcasm has at least 40% truth in terms of direct knowledge and facts......if the CEO/Company told the truth about the current float we would probably see a rush to the door and the pps tank to .0006 immediately.....
I'm not bashing as I have been accused of pumping this stock and have bashed the bashers here many times as seen in previous posts.....I still have about 4.6 million shares and recently sold my entire postion of 4.8 million and have been buying it back on the way down.....
