VERY serious doubt we have that CCTR will ever pass the 1.7c level. It seems it is shorted and naked shorted. Every attempt of runs ends at short sale. It is believed that stock is oversold multiples of outstanding shares. SEC has placed CCTR on Most Wanted NAKED SHORT LIST. The best would be if both Philips leave the company as investigation is eminent.
