Not true, Jim Sistek the VP of IT who worked with Don Stebbins at Lear and are running the company own shares. Jim just bought 44+k shares on the 26th of Feb after the earnings were released. He bought these shares directly an you can verify tht with the company and the form filed declaring his new purchase. The other officers that sold are not as close to the CEO as Jim is. JMHO
