Has anybody played with throttlewatch much?

I'm using it on a GX280 3.6 GHz P4 560 and the clock speed is listed at 3540, 3593, 3649, and 3706. It bounces around but spends the majority of the time near the mid range. I thought the clock speed would be stable unless throttling occured.

Of course I don't expect throttling as it is very cool in my office and the PC is brand new out of the box. I'm not hitting it with prime95 or anything near maximum heat generation, just doing an XML import into a SQL database to get it up to 100% CPU about 90% of the time.
