midtieroil,
In addition to maximizing the value of its JDZ & EEZ rights, ERHE has declared that it pursuing a unique concept relative to how it intends to pursue additional corporate growth. Of course it is not the industry "norm" and yes, we the shareholders will feel uncomfortable from time to time because ERHE is not following the exact industry model and we do not have the complete picture as to the strategies and tactics involved in its implementation; secrecy appears to be a vital key to its success. PN has said it is management's intention to break the mold and that makes people who think within the box uncomfortable; they are accustomed to the "norm". Oh well, it appears to have SEO's blessing.

I believe amj23 said something to the effect yesterday that "there are two camps on this board". That is one point with which I agree. One camp is SEO and company. The other is, well you know who you are. SEO and company have the overwhelming majority votes. All the expressions of consternation on this board by the minority team members is not going to change anything. Now if you are so dissatisfied with this company then sell and move on. You are not making converts with your arguments. Not having the votes means "The minority team lost." Can you not see that. SEO has the votes, which include a substantial number on this board. Even if you were to be capable of converting half of the board votes you still do not have enough votes to effect the change you want to see. If the other team wants change and can prove that something illegal or underhanded is occurring then take it to FEDERAL court. There is a chance there, albeit small. Your words and what-ifs on this board are blowing in the wind.

Lastly, I have no idea how all this plays out but in addition to ERHE's rights and potential hydrocarbons there appears to be a unique initiative underway which has the potential to pay dividends for many years to come. However, in order for either initiative to be successful well thought out partnerships have to be consummated. The more I analyze these two jewels the more I realize that secrecy is imperative to sealing the most lucrative deals. Leaking information will weaken us at the negotiation table. (Secrecy just like when Cisco was testing the CSR-3 with AT&T. Neither side leaked info; it was secret even to Cisco shareholders.) Some secrets have to be kept longer than others; that is the "norm". I am willing to wait.

Jim
