105M outstanding, not 4.8B. they have not raised the issued/outstanding. 4.8b is the authorized and that was explained in the pr; but you knew that didn't you? You don't want people to think you are dumb do you? and no they do not plan to r/s. They would reduce the authorized if the big deal didn't work out as they also explained. please stop trying to mislead people.
