Let me run this by you and see what you are anybody else on this board thinks.

If the company is selling treasury stock then this means they have NOT got the funding... If the company is NOT selling the treasury stock then this means that SOMEBODY is dumping. Now the question is why... As I have said before no news is bad news at this point. I am very concerned that they will not get the funding. I am afraid that this economy is not right for speculating on start up companies. JMHO.
