My understanding is and the answer to the question as I understand it is YES! The Deal with Strikeforce as per released information "The company also disclosed it would receive a “contingent consideration” of a portion of licensing fees" and "Fees would be paid to ProElite until Feb. 28, 2012 and could be extended."

Looks good to me!
