If I may answer for eliaman, it's all sleight of hand and subterfuge by the OSC. They have been coordinating their efforts to bail out NITE from it's disastrous "short" position while affording SLJB (that thriving stealth organization) to pop up with the financials which (if you remember correctly), were overdue more than three years ago. One of these days, you are going to be totally dumbfounded by what SLJB has accomplished despite the appearance of total dissolution. Just wait and see.
