I have seen this on CPRK as well as many other stocks several times. What I have found with CPRK is that when there is a huge ASK after close, it has "somewhat" signaled a large buying period to follow.

The last time I saw this was on Feb 23rd. In post 55756, I reference the .03 ASK price set after close that day. Now, it took over a week for us to go on this most recent run, but the information was already being leaked. Given my very limited experience, I believe this after close ASK can be a type of signal to other MM's, just like daily trading 5000 share purchases. Just not sure what it means...
