My Phone Call to Biomagnetics

Hey everyone,

So I called the company again today and was a bit more focused in my questions. My questions and answers below (paraphrased, I'm not a pro that records things):

Q: What is the status of the website upgrade?

A: BMGP has submitted all changes to the Webmaster and are contacting him multiple times daily to put the new website up. Prediction: By This Friday (3/12)

Q: What is the status of the Pinksheets process?

A: The company has completed their analysis and they have turned everything over to the auditor. The audit is on schedule. Prediction: Listed as 'Reporting' by end of next week. (Shooting for middle of the week)

I hope that this helps some of you feel better about things. I know that their word might not be good enough for all, but if you're really interested call the company yourself and confirm my answers. DD is something everyone should do on their own, don't trust anonymous board postings. I have my own feelings about BMGP timelines, but it's easy to get upset at a PR. It's another thing to talk to a human being and get the opportunity to question things.
