hi guys, been reading all the posts regarding the shambles of VNTA. for those of you who are in the UK and have dealt with SFR or SFRI or SFR Consultants we have all been scammed and at this moment in time i cannot decide whether or not Ventana Biotech is directly involved.
lets look at what has happened, the shares have blatently been mis-sold, investors have been mislead and share price has been manipulated, strangely enough the shares were all issued through private placement from Ventana and sold directly via the stock transfer agents and are all restricted. as far as i can find out you have to wait for 1 year until these shares can be sold, but only until the restriction is lifted and yes youve guessed it, the only people who can agree to lift the restriction is Ventana.
so those of you with VNTA, TLAG, E6F1 you are not alone, what we must do is start to raise the profile of these dodgy deals and post the warnings on as many message boards as possible. i have lodged my complaint with the SEC in the US, also with the FSA in the UK but most importantly report it to the City of London Police under Operation Archway.
