My attorney tells me it's possible to tender shares of any share owner to a holding company If management tries to take us public. In effect each investor which tenders his shares to this holding company would receive a proportionate number of issues to placement. This would give those investors a collective voice and prevent smaller holders from being washed out thus increasing insider control. Wouldn't we be a nasty bunch to deal with at the next BOD meeting. Hell I will pay the fees and set up the corporation for free to all holders if these guys wish to play that game.
Management has other options so let's see how this plays out.
