had a very good meeting with the Illinois Securities official. it's nice to have a meeting with a guy who seems to care, and is carrying a badge and a gun. it makes you realize how EASY it would be for a securities law enforcement official - WHO REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE DTCC AND BROKERS OBEY THE LAWS AND HELP US - if that official, whether it be an SEC official, a Senate official, whatever - if they really wanted to - THEY COULD HELP US. it's ridiculous.

anyway, i had a good meeting and i am going to get some action from this guy - i am not sure how it will play out, but he is not going to just file this away. One of the things I gleaned from our meeting was that they have the power to issue an order to an Etrade or even a DTCC to comply with the Illinois Securities laws (which are consistent with federal laws) - and a DTCC cant just ignore it like they do companies and private investors (or the impotent SEC), and this gentleman had no love for the SEC.

This gentleman wants more documentation from me, and is going to be studying the let-bcit-trade website also.

I tried to keep this pretty focused, although i had to give some background, and i was bouncin to this event and that event in bcit's history.

he also now has Thomas Megas's email address and then hopefully could be communicating with him.
Ultimately, i am very hopeful for action, I want to focus on the corruption of the DTCC and their global lock, as ultimately we want this to trade. The DTCC needs to get their fat corrupt butts threatened with the force of the law - as they are partners in thievery at the least.

IMHO
