What do NVLX and EIG get?

EIG becomes a publicly traded co. via a reverse merger

NVLX gets a profitable revenue stream (how profitable we dont know yet) which will provide cash flow and help paying the bills.

Together, they'll be a new co focused on the "green" sector.
(will probably see ticker change too.)
