You made a very good point Ray. Why is VIPR trading at sub penny if they have such huge Gold deposits and sparkling diamonds to top it off. Why is VIPR so undervalued? I've looked at alot of sub penny stocks in the 0001 to 0010 range and most of them were garbage. VIPR has so much potential. I did find another sub penny stock which is CPRK but i'm not sure what the deal is with them. They don't seem to come through with there news.
