From what I gather most have at least $6k+ in credit card debt. How many have really been able to save when a good percentage goes for taxes, taxed on money from payroll is just the beginning, then its taxed again an again, an again. That leaves about 50% left of earnings every week or two, depending on whether or not a person even has a job today?. If one has car repairs, home repairs, dental, medical, children, its a hill to climb. More like a mountain. If only peanuts counted. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Most-Americans-still-cnnm-3163666925.html?x=0&sec=topStories&pos=6&asset=&ccode=
