If they cared about the PPS at which they are diluting, I think they'd respond to emails (if only just a courtesy reply) and I think they'd issue PRs before dumping shares. The pace of dilution is what has been killing this stock more than the fact of dilution per se. Think about it. Even if they dilute all the way up to the AS, that would be only 300mm or a market cap of $3mm at a PPS of 1 cent. That is very low -- and yet if they dump another 125mm on this stock fast enough they could probably tank it well below 1 cent.

They can't be so clueless as to not understand this. But my guess is that they simply don't care -- and indeed they WANT to see the ownership stakes of the acquisition former owners getting blasted.

Oh well. Glad I am on the sidelines now.
