That is about as certified as it can get. The only way to remove the stop sign is to upload the missing information from item 12 as outlined by the pinksheets rep's.

Below he is referring to transparency as in "Full Transparency" and that uploading the pinksheets unaudited information forms as the first step in getting there.

It gives me great pleasure and not a little relief to finally be able to confirm that we have received the “fob” with which to upload the information to the Pinksheets.com website and we will be uploading that info within 24 hours.
