It almost makes sense to have Time-Warner ..

starting in January 2005....We have a history with them.

Q is getting it's act together with the network broadcasting and getting smoother...as it goes...so as to let TW see what is happening...
Starting in January gives it a one month head start on Viacom...which will help brand the Q...
Also the fact that Viacom is entering the market will help to offset the religious backlash possibilities....(whatever)
AND... added publicity for the Q !!!!

Dec 20th.....hmmmm could be a nice christmas present...
