genb1...That is a SAD, but all too often a true story...

Howard Berman came out of the same "Labor Law Firm" i worked for back in the sevnties...

You should FAX him a copy of your statement, and plan to contact his office as an "expert witness" in the area...

I am sure he will be more than interested in any "legislation"
poposal you may have in this area...
