Undervalued Sub-Penny Stocks

I just received your message. I wanted to ask you again if it would be to late to buy into SHAR on weds. because the merger results news would not be out until like Thurs. or friday after the vote on weds. My funds don't clear until weds. in my account. also I have been following a sub-penny stock VIPR which has news coming and looks interesting. I've been trying to decide between ICBT and VIPR and i'm leaning towards ICBT but i think you should check out VIPR and tell me what you think about it. One last stock I want to ask you about is ASPR it has a possible merger going through sometime soon maybe in ApriL. Does ASPR look alot more promising to you then SHAR does? Both stocks are trying to do mergers. Tell me what you think about ASPR. Are you loading up it yet? Thanks for your time. Your posts on here have been very helpful.
