You are correct. There is "potential" value here
However ..... institutional money has already fled and its not coming back ..... the last institution that was in this has sold its 6 million shares.... they were most likely the sellers at 2.5 cents last month .... 99.9% of institutional money is restricted from owning shares like these

MMPI shares are going to zero cuz they filed the reorg plan and have told you so .... not real complicated ...
Oh wait .... unless you come up with a min of $50,000 plus you must buy enough shares to get to 450K here's what i mean ... if i now own 50,000 shares i need to buy 400k more at 7-8 cents or $30,000 just to be able to put up another $50,000 ...that totals $80,000 more ... not $50,000 ...... then you get nontransferable non public illiquid shares ...
there's potential but who knows how long till its realized if ever ...
Right now MMPI is for only a very select type of investor ...most investors in MMPI need to cut their losses and sell before it goes to zero cuz that's where its headed
