well you better hope this goes smoothly and the other company is highly profitable. because if there are bumps in the road, that really ruins the whole deal. dont let all this hype catch you off guard. because believe it or not, a lot can cause this to crumble and burn. i've seen it happen before, the investors are getting all excited about said merger or what have you, then when and if it happens nothing changed, the pps either stays still and sinks into oblivion. But on the positive side, merging with an all ready successful, strong company, the pps soars. its just one of those things. Just keep your eyes open and don't be sucked in with all the pretty words.
