Still think that this company, with all its warts, is bigger than most every other penny out there.
Why I am confident is:
1) Confirmed relationship with SCSU: Regardless of whether or not they get fed. funds, they got hooked up enough so that now one of the professors is part of SRE. SCSU is trying to be a big grant player and I just don't see them working with SRE if it was just a shell company.
2) DoD registration: MEG, while not officially a part of SYNJ, until a PR comes out saying so, is registered in the DoD database. Why go through the trouble if it is all a lie?
3) Mac: Say what you will, but this guy had SRE working for 2 years before he met Brian so he is a guy in the industry. Would like to have seen a presentation or article by him on alternative energy, but all DD shows that this guy is legit.
4) Methes: Multiple confirmations that they are working to prep for installation. They would not be out working on pre-install if the installation wasn't going to happen. Methes is trying to go public in 2 months; they would not spend time on a "shell" company.
There are issue/questions, but those four "facts" are why I have minimal worries.
