The glimmer is still a glimmer. The new order is from the city of Burbank. However, I stated we needed three orders and also a government approval. I still insist this is the case. So lets see what happpens by April 7, 2010. These contracts to me are still to drip and drap. Perhaps one to the city of Los Angeles or New York. And a few more miltary sales, Nato being a nice one, other then that I am not impressed.
