WSJ, Fri. Feb 26, 2010, Money & Investing section, Headline article: "Prosecutors Target Hedge-Fund Firm. Probe of New York's NIR Group Focuses on kickbacks in plot to inflate value of holdings....." Read the article. pdmi is part of their holdings.

NIR is the lender that has provided the vast majority of money Paradigm has received from lenders since 2004. They're the ones who get conversions at a huge discount, I speculate that they pump them and then dump them and make a killing on Paradigm's stock movement. Good work if you can get it and yea baby, I am envious.
