Yes there is no interest, Nite, Hudson and ARCA are aware of the recent filing. The outstanding shares will increase to 115 million. 70.6+ mill + 36.5 mill(financing)+ 7.6 mill for ariston merger. Looks like the mm's traded 100 shares and brought the bid up. The fact is nobody is interested in MHAN, supply and demand is what moves a stock, also news causes a demand, even with news new investors will be hesitant due to upcoming dilution. The 10-K will be out on March 31, we will get the info we need. gl
