well its not mandatory,these guys are in for a big play and they know even with te public float of say 29% it a lot and thats why are possibly waiting for the right time to strike a note andcorner the MMs once the short selling restrictions come into effect.

MDAS is not small company to sign of with penny stock company they surely know the potential in these guys.Just look at the history how scott turned his earlier assignment of a small company to a billion dollar company and this is is going to be much bigger possibly by coming chirstmas.

And how much it takes to bring buyers with just one or two solid PRs thats all just with 30 Mio shares traded this could go and cross .031 imagine when the real play starts and volume catchs up to say 200 or 300 Mio shares and thats bound to happen watch it coming
