My gut feeling on EGMI (my opinion):

1. Company has been gaged since the Bally's deal. IMO Ballys has gaged the company.

2. Scientific Atln. contract expires soon, Ballys buys EGMI, looking to get into the state lotto system with EGMI tech.

3. Buyout price already set in stone, so current pps doesn't matter, once it is released, it will trade at the buyout price or a little higher (my experiance has shown this)

4. This is just my opinion, but if you connect the dots in a positive light, this is the figure that is showing.
