Gee ! Where is everybody ? Last pre-trial hearing before the show begins is scheduled for the 09th. .
The trial should be very interesting 'less everybody cops first. Think if they do things may really get interesting.

What a piss'r 'eh. The Gov. of my home state is pushing heavy for a sin tax on those sugar laden beverages and juices for public health reasons. Even running commercials on radio and prime time TV.
Seem to remember one particular beverage I was familiar with that wouldn't fit the above criteria.
Just wonder what effect that would have had on sales if it was still on the shelves and the above bill passed. Sad thing was Carver and his bev. people saw this coming five years ago and decided to act. Too bad others brought in their act.
